A Different Kind

of Help

The Poultry Institute helps families move beyond short-term aid by building real businesses. Through training, measurement, and faith-driven perseverance, families learn how to raise broilers, manage finances, and grow toward stability.

This is not charity. This is ownership.

Hunger That Forces Hard Choices

In the rural communities of the Dry Corridor, hunger is not an abstract idea—it is a daily, pressing reality. With few local job opportunities, families struggle to provide even the most basic meals. Children often leave school after the eighth grade, not by choice, but out of necessity, stepping into adult responsibilities far too soon. Many young people are forced to leave their homes behind, searching for work in distant cities or across borders. What should be years of growth and learning become years of survival, as entire families depend on the uncertain path of migration just to put food on the table.
